Garlic Buttered King Crab Legs - If you love garlic, and you crab legs, then this roasted garlic recipe is for you! Gigantic king crab legs, basted and brushed in a homemade citrus garlic butter, while being oven baked. May we suggest making some extra garlic butter and servung with warm bread chunks for dipping?

Ingredients to make Garlic Buttered King Crab Legs

6 pounds frozen Alaskan King, 16 legs crab legs
2 sticks unsalted butter
1 clove peeled garlic
kosher salt
1 medium lemon

Directions to make Garlic Buttered King Crab Legs

Step 1:

Begin by pre-heating the oven to 400 degrees. In a small pot melt the butter with the garlic and a pinch of salt over low heat. Then add the lemon juice and keep the pot on very low heat.

Step 2:

Put the frozen crab legs exposed crabmeat up into two 9 by 13 inch pans and brush them all over with the melted butter-lemon juice mix.

Step 3:

Bake for about 30 minutes brushing the exposed crabmeat a couple of times with the butter mixture.

Step 4:

There should still be some lemon garlic butter left over, to use for dipping sauce.
